To create a refreshed and attractive look that was natural and not "operated". The goal was to minimize scars, and to keep options open for future rejuvenation as the patient aged.

Surgical Notes:
Overall, the signs/stigmata of aging are very mild. There was just a hint of jowls and prominence of the nasolabial folds. Skin tone was excellent, and no significant fat deposits or weakened muscles, making this an ideal candidate for just a cheek (mini) face lift
