Patient Concerns:
The patient was starting a new career search and felt that the weak chin and moderate fat pad of the neck made him look much older than the men he was competing with. He didn't like his look.

Surgical Goal:
Increase vertical, horizontal, and front-back (A-P) dimensions of the chin to improve balance and harmony of the lower 1/3 of the face. Liposuction the neck to improve the neck definition and perceived "strength" of the chin and neck line.

Surgical Notes:
The patient had malocclusion which created a small overbite, and contributed to the "weak" chin.
