Patient Stats

Patient Concerns:
The patient complained that her "face was melting off". Particularly, jowls, tired eyes, droopy brows, and ( )'s around the mouth made her look older than her age, and also angry (which she wasn't).

Surgical Goal:
To look rested, "not old", natural.

Surgical Notes:
The patient had asymmetry of the brows (right side lower than left), with a tired and angry look to the upper face area. Mild eyelid hooding was present, along with bags of the lower lids. The mid face had descent of the skin, fat, and muscles resulting in prominent lines between the nose and chin, as well as jowls. The neck profile was obtuse due to relaxed skin & muscles (platysma), and a small fat pad.

Time Since Surgery:
4 months

Patient Testimonial:
"I am ready to start my life again"

Age: 46

Height: 5'5

Weight 140 lbs

The patient underwent endoscopic brow lift using "endotine" fixation, and the cheek and neck underwent "SMAS" plication.
