Patient Concerns:
This patient was unhappy with mild jowls, and laxity of neck structures that made her look old. She also was unhappy with her lips which have thinned over time.
Surgical Goal:
The goals of the procedure were to recreate a more youthful, natural, and attractive appearance of the cheeks, neck, and lips.
Surgical Notes:
This patient underwent a surgical cheek and neck (lower) face lift with SMAS and Platysma tightening.

The SMAS that would otherwise be discarded, was utilized to augment her lips.
