Surgical Goal:
Eliminate the excess skin, remove the small fat pad, and tighten the lax anterior neck muscles. Additionally, the procedure was to be performed in such a way as to minimize the scar without altering the patients hair style. The patient was happy with the appearance of his cheek, and so the rejuvenation was limited to the neck only.

Incisions were camouflaged in the goatee, and in the posterior hair line.
