This patient was concerned about his thinning lips. He also did not like his aging face. He previously had an upper lip lift and a face lift.

Surgical Goal:
To increase the fullness and projection (plumpness) of both the upper and lower lips, without making his lips feminine.

Surgical Notes:
The patient's deep tissues from the face lift that otherwise would have been discarded were utilized to augment his lips.
