Patient Stats

Patient Concerns:
Overly long upper lip, thin upper lip (vermilion), upper teeth blocked by "sagging" upper lip, corners of upper lip droop.

Surgical Goal:
To shorten the upper lip, rotate the vermilion up to create more show of the vermilion and upper teeth when smiling. To elevate the upper lips at the corners so that the skin doesn't roll inward. Accomplish the above with minimal visible scars.

Surgical Notes:
To accomplish this, a central and lateral upper lip lift was performed under local anesthesia.

Time Since Surgery:
~ 1 month

Patient Testimonial:
"BTW...I am soooooo happy with my results!!!! Thanks to Dr. Scott Kasden, Southlake TX."

Age: 35

Height: 5'3

Weight 130 lbs

At my recommendation, the patient will undergo a permanent lip liner procedure in the near future to create the allusion of a fuller vermilion.
