Patient Concerns:
My upper lip makes me look like a monkey and I hate it.
Surgical Goal:
Reduce the vertical length of the upper lip, increase the fullness of the vermilion, improve harmony of the lower third of the face, while minimizing the scar.
Surgical Notes:
This patient had permanent lip liner applied previously, and the right side of "Cupid's Bow" is higher than the left. She will have that "touched up" at a later date by the original tattoo artist. A central lip lift was performed.
