The patient is bothered by the wrinkles around the eyes and lips. She hates the fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes, and the deep lipstick bleed lines. She quit smoking 10 years ago.
Surgical Goal:
This patient had stigmata of aging, but was not ready for a face lift at this time. The goal was to resurface the skin to minimize wrinkles, shrink enlarged pores, lighten blotchy pigmentation, and thin the thickened sun damaged skin.
Surgical Notes:
The patient underwent 3 passes over most areas, and 5 passes over the deepest wrinkles.
