As a board-certified plastic surgeon since 1995, I re-certify every 10 years (last recertification, 2004). I also have the following credentials:

• Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1995 and recertified in 2004
• Fellow of The American College of Surgeons since 1996
• Member of The American Board of Plastic Surgery since 1995
• Diplomate of The National Board of Medical Examiners since 1987
